Stuffing
- 1 pound sage flavored sausage
- 2 stalks chopped celery
- ½ onion minced (any type but purple)
- ½ stick butter
- 2 cups turkey broth or water (turkey broth is better)
- 1 box stuffing (large box)
The key to this amazing stuffing recipe is simple, caramelize the onions and celery first in the butter, which means to cook them until they are caramel in color.
Then cook the sausage in the onions and celery. Then add stuffing and turkey broth and let it sit for 10 minutes and the stuffing that will steal the show is complete!
