Spinach Balls
- 10 oz frozen spinach (cooked and drained)
- 1 finely chopped onion
- 1 cups herb stuffing mix
- ½ cup grated parmesan
- 3 eggs, beaten
- ½ cup butter, softened
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- pinch of salt
- ½ tsp rosemary
Roll into balls. Grease baking sheet and bake 15 min at 350.
