Spinach Balls

  • 10 oz frozen spinach (cooked and drained)
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 1 cups herb stuffing mix
  • ½ cup grated parmesan
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • 1 tsp lemon pepper
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ tsp rosemary

Roll into balls.  Grease baking sheet and bake 15 min at 350.
