Robin’s Remoulade Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayo
  • 1/4 tsp dried tarragon
  • a few drops of garlic juice
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 1 tsp parsley
  • 1 small sour pickle, finely chopped

Mix all ingredients. Can also add a few teaspoons of soy sauce for alternate flavor.
