Peanut Butter Cups

  • 1 16 oz jar peanut butter
  • 1 stick butter (softened)
  • 1 cup confectioner’s sugar
  • 1 8-oz. Hershey bar.

Mix PB, butter and confectioner’s sugar together until mixed well.  Grease pan with butter.  Press mixture into pan.  Melt chocolate over low heat until melted.  Pour over PB mixture and spread until even.  Chill.

Cut into squares while chocolate is still slightly soft. (after 30-45 min).  Chill again.  If you wait until chocolate is hard, chocolate will splinter upon cutting.
