Pasta Sauce
- 3-4 cans pastene kitchen ready tomatoes
- hamaburger
- hot italian sausage
- italian bread crumbs
- eggs
- oregano
- parsley
- basil
- bay leaves
- salt
- pepper
- minced garlic
- oil
In a large pot, brown garlic in oil. Add tomatoes.
Meatballs – hamburger, eggs, bread crumbs, oregano. Mix. Make into balls.
In a large skillet, brown sausages. Put sausages in tomato sauce. Brown meatballs, add to tomato sauce. Add seasonings and bring to a boil. Stir. Turn heat to simmer, stir periodically. Cook 3 hours covered but leave lid tilted. Add water if needed. Cook pasta, drain, toss with sauce, cheese. Serve, top with more sauce cheese.
