Chicken & Dumplings
- 3-4 chicken breasts
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- frozen biscuits
- black pepper
Boil chicken until tender (about 12 minutes). Remove from water (save water). Shred chicken into small pieces.
Add chicken broth to the water used to boil the chicken. Bring to a boil. Add cream of chicken soup. Bring to a boil.
Add shredded chicken to boiling mixture. Cut up frozen biscuits into smaller pieces and put into the pot. Pepper to taste. Serve when biscuits have thawed.
