Barbecued Pork Chops
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup of white vinegar
- 1/2 cup of catsup
- 1/4 cup of butter
- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of pepper
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- 1 tablespoon of prepared mustard
- 6 - 7 pork chops
Combine all of the ingredients except the pork chops; heat to boiling. Place the pork chops in a baking dish; pour sauce over chops. Cover and bake at 350ºF. until the chops are done. (1 hr) Sauce may be used to marinate chicken for outdoor cooking also.
