Bacon Stuffed Mushrooms
- 6 slices bacon
- 10 large, fresh mushrooms
- 3 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 tsp garlic, minced (optional)
Fry bacon in large skillet until medium crisp. Remove bacon and set aside.
Clean the mushrooms and remove the stem.
Mix the bacon, cream cheese, cheddar cheese and garlic. Fill each mushroom cap.
Place on baking sheet or shallow pan. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 30 min.
