Two weeks from now it will be the day after the big race. I will be sore.
I’m back on track with running – i took too long of a break when i was sick, and it was hard to get back into the routine of running. But i think i’ve found the motivation again. And i need it – just because i ran 10 miles 2 weeks ago does NOT mean i could run 13 miles two weeks from now, without preparation.
I have stats from several workouts that i could post, but they all say the same thing: i’m SLOW.
